A topical numbing cream is applied before your treatment to minimize discomfort. Most clients feel mild pressure and a light prickling sensation.
Mild redness and sensitivity typically last 24–72 hours. You may notice light flaking or tightness for a few days as your skin heals.
Results are visible after one treatment, but a series of 3–6 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart is recommended for optimal results.
Most clients notice a visible glow within a week, with continued improvement over several weeks as collagen production increases.
Avoid alcohol and blood thinners for 48 hours before your appointment, stop retinol, acids and exfoliants 5 days prior, and avoid sun exposure and tanning for 48 hours. Stay hydrated and eat a light meal beforehand. Please check with your doctor before pausing any prescribed medication.
For 24–48 hours, avoid heat, sweating and workouts, and skip makeup until your skin has calmed. Don’t pick or exfoliate peeling skin, and use a gentle cleanser, moisturizer and daily SPF. Mild redness, dryness or tightness for a few days is normal.
Yes. Targeted topical serums or PRP can be applied right after your treatment, while the micro-channels are open, so they absorb more deeply for enhanced results.
