Tessa is known for her nano hair strokes and ombré powder brows, two techniques she has refined through more than 70 certifications from academies including Nguyen Huong Academy, Centre of Permanent Makeup, Phibrows Academy and Brows by Micha Academy.
Her work took 1st place at the World PMU Competition in Germany, and she is recognized as one of the leading permanent makeup artists in the industry.

Her background in hospitality shapes the experience, too: calm, personal and thoughtful from consultation to final touch-up. She also offers tattoo removal, including correcting unwanted tattoos and previous PMU work.

Tessa leads Pure Beauty Clinic and Academy in downtown Ottawa and also teaches in Toronto, training aspiring PMU artists from across Canada.
